Blowing bubbles

I got an email from a friend of mine from college today. He had googled himself and found a blog entry I had written about him. That got me thinking about all of the people I would love to catch up with and a belatedly brilliant idea came to me. See my friend's brother, Fu, pulled a magical moment one afternoon. Several of us were tripping in Ames on a summer afternoon. Tony S, Abelson, Fu, I don't remember who all else was there. We got to talking about one of our friends, Mark Yates, who had been in Japan for several months. We were blowing bubbles, since we were in a park on a summer day tripping on acid. It seemed like the right thing to do. Fu blows one enormous bubble, and as it floats across the perfect park lawn, Fu told it in a whisper to go to Mark.
Ten minutes later, Mark crested the hill we were facing.
After the jump, is my internet-enabled tripping bubble to the friends I have lost track of...

I put all of their names on a blog page, and when they get bored like my friend did, they will google themselves and find my blog. And then email me. And crest the hill. It may take a little longer than a bubble, but everything is slower in the age of the internet. When compared to the age of acid, that is.
