She's all mine


I came home from work the other day and went into Sören's room. She has a blackboard on the wall, and I was floored by what was scrawled all across it...



Sophie is a girl from Sören's class at school. She also happens to go to our church. I think she's great. Sören apparently has issues with her. Ms Pope advised me that she and Sophie's mom talked to try to see what was going on, and both girls were "at fault." I don't know what that means, but I will say that the anger that drove her to write how much she hates Sophie all across her blackboard (and leave it up there for a week) did not come from Ms Pope. Oh, she's my daughter.

And by the way, "Lard" is a play on poor Sophie's last name. Not that Sophie is in any way fat, but that's definitely another Pope move. Make fun of someone's name. Jesus, that's half of my blog right there.
