This site profiles an east coast music project I was involved in before relocating to Evergreen, CO in 2005. "Adelante" was formed as a trio by Vineland, NJ musician/ composer Jody Janetta to serve as a vehicle for the free exchange/ exploration of musical ideas. Improvisational in nature, various musical elements - jazz, ambient, free improv., etc. - were all part of the mix, governed by the collective experience/ interaction of the core and guest performers.
