  1. Congratulations! You are almost finished!

  2. Spell check your entire project.

  3. Be very sure that your complete project runs flawlessly on a computer different from the one that created it.

  4. Create documentation for your project which will include:
    • Copyright information on opening page
      • © Your School/District Year
      •      All rights reserved
    • Create a Word document or a last page in a web site to explain
      • The name of the file that starts your project
      • Who created the project
      • When it was created
      • Why it was created
      • How it was created – programs used
      • What programs are needed to play the project (ie: QuickTime-http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download)
      • Intended audience
    • Save this word processing file with the name readme and save as a text file or save as a part of your website.

  5. Be sure that you have included as a part of your project
    • the purpose of the project
    • the correlation to the TEKS and the TAKS
    • instructions on the screens that need instructions (ie: how to move panorama).
    • anything else that will make this project exemplary

  6. The final CD should also include notice of what media player is needed to successfully run the project. Add graphic as a button. Macintosh - hold Control key down to copy image; Windows - right click to copy image
  7.  CD burning has become very easy with today's technology. Identify the files to be burned, copy them to blank CD, burn the CD. Burn the CD (directions for Roxio).

  8. Complete your personal Multimedia Journal. Save it.

  9. Complete and submit your Online Evaluation.

  10. Good job!
