Paint Rock Pictographs

Navy Pen Pal Project - Middle school students, Niskayuna CSD, in upstate New York, have been writing letters to deployed Navy sailors for the past 19 years. 21,000 sailors have received letters over the years. This iMovie shows the students working on the project in the classroom and computer lab. The project received a ComputerWorld Honors Award in April 2001.

Field Day - Opening Day Ceremonies for middle school students, Niskayuna CSD,
upstate New York.  Incoming 6th graders are from 5 different
elementary schools.  Teachers plan full day events for transition to
middle school and bonding with new friends.  Events are planned
around team efforts. Students must meet each other and work,
cooperatively, to complete tasks.
