Since we have started this website many of you have asked if you can book online. Due to the demand, you can book by email. This is the most secure system we have right now. RULES 1. Email is not secure 2. Email with your first and last name. 3. State the date you want and whether you want a morning or afternoon appointment. 4. You can check if we are open by checking the office hours. 5. We need 48 hrs notice 6. Do not state your condition. 7 In the subject line type for a regular appointment type VISIT. For a physical, type PHYSICAL. 8. Use the message link below to book an appointment. 9. The secretary will email you with your appointment time. 10. EMAIL US BACK TO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THE APPOINTMENT TIME This is a trial, we will use it until I can come up with something better. This is to only book appointments, not for medical advice or to renew prescriptions. This has a lot of potential.
