Ingredients

 

 

1 12-inch round Italian bread shell(s)

1 cup Tomato sauce

2 slices Onion

4 slices Sweet bell peppers

1/2 cup chopped Tomatoes

1/2 cup Low-fat mozzarella cheese (shredded)

 

 

Directions

*          Spread tomato sauce over Italian bread shell.

*          Top with sliced vegetables and mozzarella cheese.

*          Place into oven pre-heated to 400 degrees.

*          Bake 12-15 minutes or until done.
