Wellesley College
is a place for girls. I had breakfast with a
chatty group of alumnae who were meeting to plan their 50th reunion. I sat in on
an English department fiction class and I spoke to a big crowd of girls last
night.

I was a guest of the intensely observant Ms. Alicia Erian, author of the new novel, Towelhead.
