ok then i am a jerk

but not a conscious jerk, unfortunately (like most jerks).
I put a few pictures up of people I met... I regretted that I hadn't gotten to know them at all,... it was at a book signing in Baltimore. I always feel undeserving and out of place at book signings. I have the desire to know everybody in every way, but of course this is impossible.
I've taken down the pictures, but if you know what I'm talking about, consider me your lab experiment.
Below: comments from that post.

Phoebe, life is not a lab experiment. These are people, not lab mice. Your scientific bent, though well used in your graphic novel, will be the undoing of you in the real world. Be human and loving, give these people names. Ask their permission to share some of their life story. People matter, more than petri dishes of bacteria.

They do look psycho. Be careful.
