Muncy Winds Design Studio is the perfect way to purchase your next instrument. Many of the leading musicians from around the world have scheduled appointments for a consultation in our studio. When you arrive for your appointment we will have a large selection of instruments for you to try that are assembled, pre-selected and regulated based upon the information you provide us in advance. Our wooden instruments are regulated only after they have been climate controlled in our vault for no less than 30 days. We have a large inventory from which to choose. You will be assisted by Mr. Muncy or another technical adviser, that is capable of making any adjustments you may need and able to make suggestions for additional products to try that may compliment the instrument you are testing. We have state of the art equipment available to analyse tuning and the harmonics. Our machine shop can design and produce a variety of custom equipment for your needs. Our studio time must be scheduled in advance so that we have ample time to prepare the instruments for your visit. Fees are $30 per hour while you are in the studio for consultation . |
