The Final Weekend

This is the last photo album from Yoga Thailand. Although we are already back in Japan, these are some photos taken from our last two full days (Sunday and Monday).

This first one was taken in Nathon, where the Samui port is. And here is the message that greets visitors:

As we may have hinted before, there are coconuts everywhere here. They are carted around in trucks, and after they are consumed, if this is any indication, used as art.

There are other fruits on the island too, including the biggest papaya I have ever laid eyes on!

And as our previous photo albums have suggested, we have been loving the various fruit shakes available at most cafes and restaurants on the island. So, we were trying to get our fill before going back to the Land of the Rising Sun (and expensive tropical fruit).

This is just a little bit of an artistic side of me (or Em, the photographer).

Since we have been here, we have been having yoga classes in the morning and late afternoon. The mornings classes are more serious while the afternoon classes are much more fun and relaxed. So, in our last afternoon class, we took a few fun pictures.

And here we are at our last supper with our new German friends.

And as we were going in for our final sleep, one of the many geckos on the retreat centre was watching over us on the roof of our bungalow. He is definitely one of the bigger ones around.
