| This house is on 2.8 acres of land, backs up to National Forest. Has huge picture window view of the outdoor waterfall and wildlife. Owner has several metal trash cans filled with bird seed, as the quail are abundant, along with squirrels, chipmunks, and many other species of bird life. You can sit at the dining room table and watch them feed endlessly. This house has a circular driveway, a few stairs from driveway to the entrance of the house. There are two full sized bedrooms, two baths, and one small TV room facing south which is nice and warm in the winter. All ceilings are vaulted in entire house. Kitchen has usual appliances, and separate laundry room, also a walk-in pantry. There is a 36 inch TV in the living room, and a wood burning Earthstove in the stone fireplace.
