| Instructor Comments: Follow-up surveys with self-addressed stamped envelope are mailed to graduates of program in the month of December after they graduate from the program. For non-respondents, follow-up phone calls and emails (if email addresses are available) are made starting in February. Responses from surveys are tabulated as they come in on the Survey Log. Final report with percentages is compiled by March. |
