The SkillsUSA Professional Development Program (PDP) Online Training Program is used in the classroom to address topics of teamwork, development of good work habits, ethical practices, group dynamics, and leadership training. The curriculum is delivered online at www.pdponline.org. Students can access assignments from any internet capable computer. The Starter Kit is covered in year one of the program. Level 1 and Level 2 are completed in year 2.

| Instructor Comments:
The Daily Grade Worksheet allows the student to document experience in employability skills that employers look for. The student is rated each day on the following areas:
Attendance
Class/Group Participation
Work Habits
Behavior
Effort
Initiative
The instructor rates the students in the same areas each day and gives an explanation if points are deducted. A teacher comment area is used to provide specific feedback to the student, both positive and negative. The Daily Grade Worksheet is worth 20% of a student’s quarterly grade.
