Photo Gallery Index
The following photo galleries include photos that were taken
on my recent trip to Laos in November and December 1999. With
photos I provide descriptions that vary in detail. If you think
there is something I should add please let me know. For example,
I was very intrigued with the different aspects of weaving I saw
in the Liu village, but my understanding of the processes I photographed
is minimal and my descriptions therefore are minimal. What can
you tell me that I don't know and can add to my descriptions?
My thumbnails in these galleries are larger (3 inch) than
in my galleries from my previous two trips. I want them to be
big enough so you can 'quickly' see what I saw, but at the same
time also be draw into the subject matter. Each thumbnail is linked
to a larger photograph which of course will provide better detail
and I encourage viewers to take the time to click on their favorites.
