The PDRacer comes in many forms, many of which appear to be the result of a good deal of scientific experiment combined with an even gooder deal of strong liquor.
No matter what variety, they are a lot of fun, and these pages have been assembled solely with a view to showing you how you can share some of our fun!
No matter whether you are a died in the wool experimenter, or a sophisticated type looking for a well proven solution (like the Oz PDRacer), we're sure you'll find something of interest in these pages.
If you don't, please contact us and tell us what you'd like to see here!
If you can't find it on this page, why not search this site?
The PDRacer is simply a great boat for Sail/Row/Outboard propulsion. It really is the cheapest way to go sailing. It is simple to build and carries two adults or more with ease.
Until now there has not been a good comprehensive boat plan and instruction set to enable a first time builder to guarantee himself a light, strong boat with excellent performance, without the need for any design or experimentation.
Welcome to this website, the Oz PDRacer plans and instructions, and the Puddleduck Racer Family, your world wide support team!
If you've ever had a hankering to sail off into the glorious cruising sunset, or skipper a world class-racing yacht, or just idle time away drifting on an exotic river system, then hang around, because on these pages we will show you how you can do all of that for less than the cost of a big night out!
If you've dreamed about owning a boat, but don't know the first thing about them, the PDRacer is an ideal place to begin.
If you don't know anything at all about boats or how to build them, you just think you know how hard it is, then the Oz PDRacer plans will fix all that.
If you've never owned any tools, or don't know what a tool is, hopefully by the time we've finished with you, you'll understand that you can build anything with some very basic and inexpensive hand tools, and we'll even show you how to choose the best and cheapest building materials.
If you are a died in the wool racing cheating thieving type. Welcome to the club, why don't you just go straight to the "rules" section and see if you can find a loophole before you start!
Poke around, enjoy, check out the "news" page often (you can even subscribe to an RSS feed if you know how) and please don't forget to send us your opinions!
Any profit from our merchandise will be donated to international relief charities, so buy a tee shirt and give someone who's never seen a boat a fighting chance at a better life.
