The web is now a wonderful place but it gives us far too much choice and far too many ways to get photographs online. In this clip, the boat's designer Michael Storer is going for a bit of a blast in a moderate breeze, which looks deceptively light due to the lack of wave action on the sheltered reach of the river.
The GIS is a large little dinghy, capable of true performance, yet carries a payload so capably. In a few short years it's become a modern classic. Here it is with a crew of three, ably cruising down the river.
