Mr. Artis is out of the hospital. He's in his
same mordant cynical good spirits, but at present cannot hold anything in his
drawing hand. He's walking heavily and slowly with a
cane.
He's a very strong man, and it's never
been more in evidence.
He deserves as much
support as can be thrown his way, even if it's just clapping in the audience so
the light doesn't go out.
I promise to
forward any messages anyone cares to send me for him.
