| It's a year since any major events were held to raise funds for the new Church Hall. As we are all talking about what we shall be able to do when the Hall is a reality. |
| Margaret Sidell, Marion Potts, Roger Moody and Stephen Emerson are to walk from St. Mary's Church, Barton to Lincoln Cathedral on Whitsunday, 10th June. They are seeking sponsors. Lists are available in the Church for us to sign at so much per mile. |
| If each walker was sponsored for £5 per mile, this would raise well overt £500 for the Hall provided that we complete the course! despite advancing years, bunions etc.. |
| Large numbers of walkers are now discouraged by the police because of the traffic danger, but four walkers are acceptable. |
| Please fill in your name and the amount per mile on the lists in St. Mary's as soon as possible. |
