We are a group of walkers, open to all, based on the Barton-on-Humber—Brigg—Barrow-on-Humber area.

We walk monthly. Fee for each walk: £1 per person, children free.

All walks begin at 10-30 a.m. unless otherwise stated. The meeting place will be set down in publicity in advance of each walk. This will take the form of notices displayed in public places, information sent out by e-mail, and information on this website.

It is advisable to bring:

• Walking boots or strong shoes
• Waterproof clothing
• Packed lunch/drinks
• Additional warm clothing
  

If weather conditions are such that you think the walk might be cancelled, please contact the walk Leader.

Whilst every effort is made by the Leader (and Back marker) of the group to ensure the safety of members, all walkers are responsible for their own safety. No responsibility will be accepted by the Wayfarers Walking Group, or the leaders, for accidents or mishaps during walks, due circumstances beyond their control, and walkers will be asked at the beginning of each walk to sign a declaration that each is responsible for his/her own safety.
