The difference between business success and failure in today's economic climate might come down to employees having the right skills.

Now, bosses can access a wide range of locally-delivered training for their staff – at no cost to themselves – through Marlborough Chamber of Commerce.

On offer is FREE NVQ 2 Training, irrespective of previous equivalent or higher qualifications, FREE support for employees doing NVQ Level 3 on Train to Gain, FREE English as a Second Language) and Basic Skills training not funded by Train to Gain and FREE training that is for vocationally related qualifications (VRQ’s) to meet individual business needs.

Free training can be delivered and assessed in the workplace and is available in the following disciplines:

Business administration
Customer service
Retail
Supervisory / Management
Land-based agriculture
Engineering
Catering
Construction
Care or Child Care
Hair and Beauty
Tourism
