DESIGN
Good design is integral to good communication. My aesthetic ideals are simplicity, sophistication, and restraint.

The samples on the left are recent pieces I did for St. James Cathedral in Chicago. The cathedral operated on a tiny budget, so we had to look professional without spending a lot.

Like a million other happy gadget hounds, I discovered digital photography a few years ago. I took many of the photos in the publications linked to the left. The slide show contains some nature shots and still lifes.

I work in the following applications: QuarkXpress, InDesign, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I do both Mac and Windows, and am fairly knowledgeable about systems and networks.
