We have several workshops scheduled all of the time. Here, we have listed these along with their schedules and links to more information about them. Narrative Practice

These workshops offered in Partnership with the Center for Narrative Studies. Each of these workshops run from 9 am to 5 pm for one or two days each.

• Story, Handle with Care: Lessons in how to use story in organizational settings (2 hours)
• Storytelling and Community Driven Development (3 hours)
• Creating Future Stories (2 hours to 2 days)

Leadership

• Leadership Development for Management Teams (custom design related to need)
• Enhancing Creativity (6 hours)
• Learning to Facilitate (series of four sessions over a four month period; recommended only for groups of 4 to 10)

Learning How to Help Others Learn

• Taking Advantage of Distance Learning (2 hours, designed for managers and project leaders)
• Helping Others Learn Your Hard-Earned Lessons: Instructional Design for the Subject  Matter Expert (3 to 8 hours)

Design

Research Design for the Casual Researcher (3 to 6 hours)

Knowledge Management

• Understanding Knowledge Management for Implementation (4 hours to 5 days depending on specifics of need)
• Enhancing Communities of Practice (4-6 hours)
  Help Desks: Providing help where and when it is needed (4 hours)
• Implementation Hurdles of KM from the First Step to Present Step (customized)
