Pelerei creates programs to “give back” because we believe in the “triple bottom line” -- an expanded baseline for measuring performance that adds social and environmental dimensions to the traditional monetary benchmark.

While all our work is given with an expansive and empowering intention, we currently have several new projects that are aimed at personal and global transformation.

Our fortnightly “Mental Espresso” postcards challenge professionals to dig deeper into their values source as they go about their business, by providing questions and reflections that focus attention on the ambiguities, goals, and dilemmas of doing business with integrity.

Bringing New Life: Revitalizing the UN Through Story
We are unleashing the power of story to revitalize the UN, internally and reputationally, to better serve the people of the World.  Read (word read is linked) about this exciting initiative involving ambassadors telling their stories.

Personal Knowledge Management
Our Personal Knowledge Management project will provide simple tools that help staff learn how to learn, as well as other papers and tips that give back by helping individuals manage information and learning with intention and effectiveness. Managers will be interested to find here tools that enable them to guide others in the personal knowledge management process and to pursue self-directed learning with the greatest efficiency.
