| Step 1 | Email us your icon request after reviewing the questions (if needed) which will help clarify the scope of your icon project. | Step 2 | We will email you a price quote, unless we have additional questions to clarify your order. | Step 3 | 20% Non-Refundable Deposit is paid. | Step 4 | We design your icon(s) and send you a preview. | Step 5 | Preview and revision process if necessary and within reason. | Step 6 | Icon(s) approved and final balance due. | Step 7 | Once payment is received in full, icon(s) file delivered via email or download. Client and designer are happy and Voila! |
