Mitigated Echolalia



Dan is pretty good at borrowing phrases he has memorized from movies, for expressing himself. Some of these don't give away their Disney origins:

"Well, that's all there is to it."

"What are we waiting for?"

However, this morning's phrase, straight out of Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty, may not bode well for his school today. As he went out the front door, shrugging on his backpack, he announced:

"Now you will face me, AND ALL THE POWERS OF HELL!"
