Ribs
For falling-off-the-bone type
ribs:
1) place ribs of choice
in roasting pan (baby back pork ribs are the favorite in my
house)
2) season with seasoned
salt, pepper, maybe some
thyme
3) cut up one apple and
one onion, sprinkle throughout
pan
4) add one cup
water
5) cover tightly with
aluminium foil
6) bake for 2.5
to 3 hours at 325 degrees F
7)
finish on grill with barbecue sauce of choice, just long enough to glaze sauce
on
