Protocol for WMISH in flatworm parasites using digoxigenin-labelled riboprobes with an alkaline-phosphotase substrate. The protocol is based on those used in the lab of Prof Peter Holland at Oxford and is applicable to a wide range of organisms. Thanks to Nick Riddiford for revising and updating the protocol.
