Brake pedal switch check
1. Set the ignition key to MAR.
Connect the Examiner
diagnostics tool and select the input status display
(ON/OFF) regarding the switch on the brake pedal.
2. Press the brake pedal and check that the displayed value
changes (from released to pressed and vice-versa).
3. If this status change does not take place check the
brake pedal switch, its fastening, its position and its
wiring.
