About Pat's Fruit Cakes
Hello,
My name is Patricia Williams. I am the owner of Pat's Fruit Cakes.
I have been proudly baking traditional Caribbean Fruit Cakes
for the past fifteen years.
Caribbean Fruit Cakes are moist and delicious. Prior to starting the business,
I gave fruit cakes to friends and family.
After tasting my cake for the first time, one of my co-workers was so impressed that she wanted to buy one.
"But, I don't sell my cakes", I told her. "Well
you do now!" was her reply.
The recipe that I use originated from my grandmother, who was a native of Jamaica,
West Indes.
She died at the age of 99, and I inherited her recipe and her
customers. I am now carrying on the tradition.
Ours is a family run business. Fruit Cakes are especially popular during the
holiday season.
They are part of the Christmas and Wedding celebrations in the Islands. The cakes are great gifts.
They are wholesome and scrumptious. We enjoy baking fruitcakes with a taste for your pleasure.
