How long will my order take to complete?

My bags are custom made so depending on the time of year, your order should be complete between 2-4 weeks.

How do I send a photo for my bag?

You need to send a negative, a 4x6 print or larger, a digital print saved at 300 dpi or higher. You may also make arrangements to e-mail a me a high res photo. These take alot of time to upload and download (and mailbox space), so I need to know when you will be sending a photo this way.

Will I get my original photo back?

All photos will be returned with your order

How do I care for my bag?

I treat the material so the ink will not run, but I suggest you spot clean your bag. The bags are treated after completion with a stain resistant spray. All bags that do not have a photo on them can be hand washed in a mild detergent.

How do I order?

I am currently only taking orders through email. All you have to do is send me your photo as described above, pick your canvas (bag color), lining pattern, closure choice (ribbon color or magnetic snap), and size (small, medium, large). If you have any further questions, please email me, and I will respond quickly. When you go to send your photo and email me, I will send you my address.

Will my photo be printed in B&W only?

No, the image can be printed in color, or I can also convert any of your photos to Sepia tone if you would prefer. (What is Sepia Tone? Sepia Tone is a brown tone that gives your photo an antique look). But photos will always be done in B&W unless otherwise specified.

Can I have more than one photo on a bag?

Yes, at an additional charge, you may have a different photo printed on the reverse side of the bag .
