The following morning everyone gathered at dawn to inspect the traps. Results were good and just from the first three pairs of traps two yellow necked mice and a woodmouse were recovered fit and well from their 'B & B'. Sexed and weighed they were then released but not before the course members had the chance to marvel at briefly seeing such elusive wild creatures at close quarters. |
