Background:

This is the third in a series of meetings focused on the growing field of High Frequency (HF) radar applications in coastal oceanography. This meeting is timed to follow the Joint AGU/EGS Conference scheduled for 6-11 April 2003 in Nice, France (see: http://www.copernicus.org/egsagueug ) and to take advantage of the major HF radar projects underway this year on the Adriatic Sea.

Tentative Agenda:

13-16 April 2003:
             Tour of WERA site at Goro on the Po River delta (Sunday, 13 April); HF radar talks and discussion at ISMAR, Venice; WERA Users meeting (Wednesday, 16 April).  See evolving agenda details.

Registration Fees:

             Please plan to pay a registration at the meeting in cash (75-125 euro).  We will provide a receipt. This fee will cover the costs of coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday, lunch and dinner on Monday, and the bus tour (transportation only) to Goro on Sunday. Accompanying person(s) will incur an additional fee if they wish to participate in the social activities.

What to do First:

          1) Let us know if you will be able to attend
             the meeting in Venice and if you are interested
             in the either of the follow-on site tours.

          2) Let us know if you would like to give a
