This is at Jim's hangar at New Century airport in Kansas. We are getting the Eagle out and preflighting it for the trip home. Since the plane is new to us we are taking our time checking out each little thing making sure we are well prepared. The weather was pretty good that day except for the brisk headwind we had on the way down to Kansas. Of course, that meant a wonderful tailwind on the way home. We were cruising at about 140 knots!
