They arrived 22 March 1886 in New York on the P. Caland. See P. Caland Manifest. • Returned to Holland about 1913 to marry Mathilda Deuzeman. He then brought her to Chicago about 1913.	• Blacksmith	5 February 1927 probably Chicago area, although Roger K. thought it might be in the 1940s. Cemetery data for this Mathias and Matilda match locations thus probably the 1927 date is correct, though I may have misheard it.	Mt. Hope Cemetery, 115th Street, Chicago, Illinois Section 17 - Lot N 1/2 469, perhaps Matilda in 463. Another Mathias Vanderkloot in Section 4 Lot 17, but he died 4 Nov. 1971. Not sure who he is.

Hope Cemetery, 115th Street, Chicago, Illinois Section 17 - Lot N 1/2 469, perhaps Matilda in 463.
