chemical, and advanced materials companies on the engineering
of manufacturing processes and products. In addition,
the company provides materials/chemicals expert witness
for attorneys and insurance professionals for cases
on materials engineering, chemical processes/products,
and for issues related to industrial and consumer materials
science & engineering.
Litigation
support services include literature reviews and analysis,
preparation of technical materials, laboratory testing,
assessment of the technical strengths/weaknesses of
new technology, expert reports, and deposition and courtroom
testimony.
Dr.
Otaigbe, Principal Partner of Flaney Associates LLC
is also a Professor of Polymer Science and Engineering
at the University of Southern Mississippi, Hattiesburg,
USA. With continuing education, he has met requirements
for Chartered Engineer UK (Professional Registration
#55964), Fellow of Institute of Materials (UK), and
Fellow of Society of Plastics Engineers.
Dr.
Otaigbe received a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Engineering
(1984) from the University of Manchester (UMIST), England.
He is the author of 6 U.S. and 1 European patents and
over 100 technical publications. He has held Project
Leader/Engineer position at Corning Inc. Corporate Research,
Development and Engineering Division.
