Here is where we must take time the time to ask for money. We are now involved in our second citizen lawsuit filed under provisions of the Clean Air Act. When Federal, State and local officials are unable or unwilling to enforce compliance with an industrial polluter’s air permits, citizens are encouraged to bring suit in Federal court seeking remedies. These actions come with a cost.
When Pam McGillivray, Christa Westerberg and David Bender decided to form their new law firm together, McGillivray, Westerberg and Bender, there was no question that we'd go with the lawyers most familiar with our situation here in Cambria. It’s our pleasure to continue working with them.
