Vacation 2009, Day Eight
Friday has been fairly uneventful. It rained all night last night, and has been cloudy and overcast all day, so, no beach. In addition, I was called at 9:30 and told to expect the washer repair guy sometime between 11:00 and 1:00. He showed up at 1:20. But, he fixed the washer.
Which means I immediately did laundry.
Later tonight, I'll have dinner at Jimmy Sea's with my newly arrived new next-door neightbor. He's a lwayer, his wife is a writer, his son says he wants to be a writer. I'll meet the wife and son tonight after dinner- they are taking a late ferry over.
Tomorrow is dialysis and PArentQuest 2009, as my mom flies up and lands on the island around 3:30. I hope all goes well.
