Hospitals and Houseguests

Mom had planned knee surgery yesterday. Everything
is fine and she is recovering well so
far.
The Medical Center of Central Georgia hosted the surgery, and everyone there was very nice, amazingly polite, and they did as much as they could to keep me informed as to what was happening.
The former occupant of my parents' second house is now living with my parents. This is going to make Thanksgiving a little awkward, as well as any regular visits to see my parents.
It is the day before Thanksgiving. Many of you will be traveling. Be safe.
