Agreement
  • I do not do art/web trades.
  • I will do adult oriented images/sites. (Must be 18 (21) years of age.)
  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
  • I require the commissioner to have full intent of payment for a commission.
  • I require half of the full approved price as down payment through a PayPal account before work begins.
  • While the commissioner holds the copyright to the subject presented, I share the copyright to the picture/site itself.
  • I have the creative liberty to interpret poses, markings, style, and facial features, graphics, tables, information and charts as expressed by commissioner, unless otherwise specified.
  • For illustrations, I will email thumbnails of sketches, colored version, and the finished version for the commissioner's approval upon completion of each draft.
  • After commissioner's approval of finished work, I require the second half of payment before full quality finished image(s) and print(s) are sent through email and post mail, respectively.
  • Once commission has been approved, all transactions are final. Absolutely no changing commission info. Minor details that don't effect commission price may be altered for commissioner upon approval.
  • Each illustration commission comes complimentary with a 72 dpi web image and a 300 dpi glossy print.
  • For illustrations, I have the right to exhibit a 72 DPI version of the artwork on my personal web gallery.
  • For websites, I have the right to exhibit a sample page of the website on my personal web gallery.
