AT&T Broadband Customer Service


Sucks. Apparently I need to provide my drivers license number in order to talk to someone on the phone. Incredible. I started a new blog just to chronicle the events. If I don't I'll just get frustrated. But with a blog, at least there might be some entertainment factor. We'll see. Curiously, the spell checker built into Mac OS X used by iBlog flags blog as a misspelling. Ouch!

And when I say sucks, I mean that as an opinion, not as an assertion of fact. Just in case there was any confusion.
