Kicking off the Long Weekend



Hung out with my cousin Will last night watching a couple of DVDs.

Walked first thing this morning, the sun was coming up and looked like it was going to be a brilliant day.
Breakfast at Lavender Blue with Will. Nothing better than starting the day with a Big Breakfast w/spinach on the side. Will stayed at my place last night to go to the Triple J all ages gig today at Luna Park so he headed off.

I journeyed out to Manly and caught up with JD, lunch at The Bower Restaurant was great and the perfect day to be sitting in the Sun at Fairy Bower with a great meal and nice glass of Sav Blanc.




We wandered back to Manly and got an iceblock. I was craving a Pine Lime Splice but could only get a Lemonade Icy Pole, which was well suited to the weather. We cruised around for a while longer and then I headed back to the city via Ferry.

Once at Circular Quay I decided to wander back across the Harbour Bridge with the tourists.



Now off to a House Warming in Surry Hills...

Great start to the long weekend :-)
