Edward OLESCHAK (Producer)
State of the art producer with solid knowledge of the entire process of movie production and postproduction extending into a profound insight of the development and distribution process.
Aside from formal education in Architecture and Visual Arts, Edward’s wide range of training and experience includes; over six years as on-staff producer in the Jonathan Krane Group practicing the new art and science of producing and distributing motion pictures, twenty years as a hands on independent film and media producer and head of his own production services and production company, WORLD ENTERTAINMENT. Since 2005 also heading the a post production boutique for independent film-makers taking filmmakers to major international film-festivals and a competitive marketplace.
He was accepted and has been an active member of the Producers Guild of America since 2002.
In his seventeen years of work in Hollywood, Edward had produced films and projects starring Rod Steiger, Joan Plowright, Forest Whitaker, Virginia Madson, Mini Driver, Timothy Dalton, Kelly Preston, Nastassia Kinsky, Cheraldine Chaplin, Diane Baker, Mimi Rodgers, Tom Arnold, Scott Baio, Maedchen Amick, Desiree Nosbusch, Dieter Meier, Coolio, Patrick Swayze, Radha Mitchell, Tyne Daly, Sally Kellerman, Julian McMahon, Josh Lucas, Angus MacFadyen, Rod Taylor, Dina Merrill, Peter Dinglage, Michael Panes, Ethan Suplee, Julie Bowen, Rebecca Broussard, Ed Begley Jr., Kelsey Oldershaw, Harrison Young, Marc Lawrence, Rance Howard etc. His award winning work contributed to get independent film projects to Sundance, Berlin, Worldfest Houston or Cannes Intl.
