Well the big 100th celebration has come and gone. It was a wonderful reunion for all of us who made it back, and it is amazing to me how many made it and how far some came for it! I'm thinking of people like Bruce Armstrong who came from Seattle and Peter Tamblyn from Kamloops, B.C...and even our Yankee friend, David Miller who came from Nevada. I'm hoping that the committee, once everything settles down, could compile a list of those who attended, together with addresses, that could be posted on the web site.
I want to publicly thank the organizing committee for a huge job, very well done. No one but you guys know how much went into this event but any of us who have been involved in conferences, other reunions etc. know that what you see on the surface is only a small part of what had to be done. From a town of 800 or so souls, to get 400+ back for something like this was truly outstanding...and I think that 80% or more were my age or older, which is even more remarkable. Talk about a get-together of "old farts" !!!!
I managed to take quite a few pictures, mainly of people I knew or remembered, and have put them on a number of web pages with links below. Just click on a link and then click on any of the photos you see there to see an enlarged version. To get back to this page click on the "Back to Homepage" that is found at the bottom of each of the individual pages. Please forgive spelling mistakes in names but I would appreciate getting any corrections back. You can send them to me at this email address.

A few years ago I made a web page of old photos of people and places in Swastika I had taken in the 50' s with my little Brownie camera. Some have seen it and some of the photos were in the Swastika web page produced by the committee. If you have not seen it you can click on the following link to get to it.
