That clothesline support, barely visible here at right, had a nest of wasps inside it one day when I accidentally bumped it with the (push-reel type) lawnmower. One of the more impressive stingings I ever underwent.

Here’s our Pappy, hanging out the wash. Domestic tasks didn’t come naturally to him, but he always accepted them with good grace, however it may appear here.
