Those exiles who are not sylvan may not realize that the sylvans of Puddleby come from many different parts of the world. The sylvan dialects spoken by sylvans of the north are quite unintelligible from those of the south. However, all dialects have their roots in the ancient language of Ilsardinish, (High Sylvan).

Since the nearest (decent) library is a treacherous, many day journey from Puddleby, there is a need for a basic High Sylvan reference here.

I have compiled a dictionary, including grammar, proper names, and so much more in Adobe Acrobat format.
