Sarah E. Emig to William W. Roland, dated 10 March 1890, both of Emigsville, York County, Pennsylvania. For $250, a "lot of ground situated in Emigsville York County Pennsylvania Beginning at a point on the northerly side of the York and York Haven Turnpike road in line of land belonging to Charles J. Roland and running thence along said Turnpike road (23° north twenty three degrees east fifty (50) feet to line of land belonging Henry I. K??l and extending thence along said line North sixty seven (67°) degrees west One hundred and fifty (150) feet thence by other land of" Sarah Emig "south twenty three (23°) degrees west Fifty (50) feet thence along the land of Charles J. Roland and south sixty seven (67°) degrees East one hundred and fifty (150) feet to the place of Beginning. Being part of the same premises which Edward K. Emig by his deed dated" 24 March 1887 to Sarah E. Emig, recorded in York County Book 7X, page 626.
