[Fill in the blank, preprinted format]"I, Charles J. Roland, of Emigsville, County of York and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First, I direct that my body be decently intered [sic] and my funeral conducted with my situation in life. I order and direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Lillian Roland all my propoerty real personal and mixed of which I may die seized to have and hold during her national [natural] life, with all profits or rents that may accrue therefrom she to have the privelige to dispose at public or private safe of same, as soon as a fare [fair] price can be realized. Should my wife remarry then all my property real personal and mixed shall be devided as follows: two thirds shall of all my property be given to my child or if more than one child living than the two-thirds is to be divided equally among them. The other third is to be devided equally among my sisters and brothers and my wife's sisters and brothers then living share and share alike including Robert Roland [nephew, son of deceased brother] and Myrtel [sic, Myrtle] Crone [niece, adopted by his parents] the same as sister and brother. Should my wife die or remary and there be no child or children of mine living then my whole estate then remaining shall be equally devided share and share alike to all my sisters and brothers and my wife's sisters and brothers including Robert Roland and Myrtle Crone.
I do hereby make, constitute and appoint Milton Bailey, Ruben Kann and my wife Lillian Roland to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof, I, Charles J. Roland, the Testator above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the Twenty-fifth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred Twenty two."

Affadavit - Subscribing Witness
[Fill in the blank, preprinted format] "York County, ss: Before me, Jacob D. Merkle, Register for the probate of wills and for granting Letters Testamentary and of Administration, in and for said County, personally appeared William W. Roland and Jas. G. Glessner the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament, who, upon being duly qualified according to law, do depose and say, that they were personally present and saw and heard Charles J. Roland late of Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, deceased, the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the within and foregoing instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and Testament, and at the time of his so doing he, the testator, was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that they witnessed the same at the request of the testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other at the same time."
