Andrew J. Myer & Mary A., his wife, (of Manchester Township, York County), to Charles J. Roland Esq. (of the village of Emig's vill), dated 1 Nov 1893. For $3,850, "all that the following described messuge tenement and tract of land situate in the village of Emigsville in the Township of Manchester, county of York and State of Pennsylvania Bounded and limited as follows to wit: Beginning at a stone thence by lands of H. F. Kohr North twenty one and a half degrees west seventeen and five tenths perches to a stone, thence by lands of the Emigsville Creamery Company North fifty nine degrees east five and seven tenths perches to a post, thence by the same north eighty two and one quarter degrees east five and one tenth perches to an Iron Spike, thence by the other part of the whole Tract belonging to the said Andrew J. Myer...south forty five and a half degrees east eleven perches to a Willow tree, thence by the same and lands of George Blymyer, south thirty three and three fourths degrees east Seventeen and Six tenths perches to a post, thence by lands of William H. Emig, south seventy one degrees west thirteen perches to a stone, thence north thirty degrees west three and two tenths perches to a point in the York and Harrisburg Turnpike, thence by lands of Zacharias Kohr south seventy eight and three fourths degrees west two and three tenths perches to a post, thence by the same north twenty six degrees west, four and four tenths perches to a post, thence by the same south eighty degrees west four and four tenths perches to the Place of Beginning Containing Two Acres and eighty eight perches of land more or less which measurement includes the right of way of the Northern Central Railway.
