So, I sent out the lyrics to this new song I'd written to a mailing list of college buddies. I asked them for their musical take on the lyrics, without them hearing the song as I had written it.

The response was amazing. The creativity and talent in these guys is incredible. The following three versions were recorded within 24 hours of me sending out the lyrics.

1. Pudge's version - very low-key, vulnerable, mellow folk version.
2. Hobbes' version - Hobbes is all about the rock and roll. He describes his version as "hobbes meets Linkin Park/Evanescence".
3. Drewsef's version - alt.country with a Chris Issac/Sparklehorse vibe.
